Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of [SUB-BRAND] (the “Site”), operated by Laurence Liew. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What This Site Is

[SUB-BRAND] is a hosted hub that lets approved organisations deploy their own branded pAIRI and oAIRI assessment sites for their own ecosystem. It is assessment-only; it does not provide courses or learning management.

Access and Eligibility

Hosting a branded assessment site is free of charge and provided on an approval basis. [SUB-BRAND] is an internal, administrator-controlled network — there is no public self-service sign-up, and access may be granted, declined, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion.

Collaborator Responsibilities

If you host a branded site, you are responsible for the participants you invite and for any personal data you collect from them, including providing your own privacy notice where required.

The AIRI Framework

The AI Readiness Framework is published at airi.foundation under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 licence, and may be used and adapted with attribution.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or disruptive activity, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its data.

Assessment Disclaimer

AIRI assessment results are provided for guidance and benchmarking only. They are not a certification, accreditation, audit, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Intellectual Property

The [SUB-BRAND] platform, name, and branding are owned by the Operator. The AI Readiness Framework is licensed under CC BY 4.0 as described above. Content you submit remains yours.

Availability & Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Independence

This Site is an independent initiative and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency or third-party organisation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.
